Projects are saved in local browser storage. tako.tax does not provide cloud sync, account recovery, or server-side project backup in v1.

Federal, state, input document, and output form support vary. Check coverage before relying on tako.tax for a specific return.

tako.tax is software. It cannot decide whether a tax position applies to you, classify ambiguous income, or respond to tax notices.

If you find a bug, confusing result, or documentation gap, report it with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not send sensitive tax documents or Social Security numbers by email.
